Many people find comfort in angels. Some people know about guardian angels and other principal angels such as St. Michael and St. Raphael, but there are so many others. A recent book I was surprisingly drawn to on a book sale table, has made its way into my literary collection of critical spiritual teachings. Connecting to our angel (s) in prayer is an essential component of our spiritual life. They are, however, not to be worshiped as that is not their intended role. Only God the source of all good, love, and comfort is where the word "worship" belongs. By the way, worship is not for God's need, but ours.
